The Passport Program is undergoing many changes, we would appreciate your understanding as we try to make this program better.  The newly revised program will launch March 1, 2008.

HOW TO GET A PASSPORT CARD?
Whichever way you choose to sign up, please remember to stop by the Customer Service Center to pick up your Passport Card the next time you fly. Only this card will enable you to record the flights you take from Mobile Regional Airport.

HOW DO I COLLECT POINTS?
To receive a credit, simply hold your Passport Card near the proximity reader located in the security screening line. After the reader beeps, the card has been detected and 1 credit is added to your account. (We cannot offer credits for the flights made prior to the date you have signed up for the Passport Program). Collect credits for your flights and receive Passport booklets full of coupons.

WHAT IF …?
If you forget to bring your card or expose it to the reader, our Passport Program Coordinator will add your missing credit to your account. Simply stop by the Customer Service Center to leave or mail in a credible proof of your flight (e.g. copy of itinerary or boarding pass); Attn.
