A project to relocate the exit stairwell located next to Gate 2 will begin the week of August 18, 2008. The first part of the project will be to construct the new exit stairwell, which will be located to the south of the concourse café. The new stairwell will be completely operational before demolition of the existing stairwell begins. Temporary walls will be erected around the construction areas, which will keep the walkways clear of construction debris and reduce interference with passenger flow.
While construction of the new exit stairwell should not affect operations through the tunnel under the concourse, please use caution when driving or walking in that area.
