MOBILE DIRECT Mobile Direct is a new concept in airline travel. Charter customers traditionally charter the whole aircraft. Sometimes this makes the cost prohibitive. Mobile Direct allows a customer to book just one seat. When 8 seats are booked, the flight will operate. Springdale Travel will book all reservations by the seat and receive payment directly from the customers. Charter Services will be the only FAA Part 135 charter company authorized to operate flights for Mobile Direct. Highlights of the new MOBILE DIRECT service: • A shared/reduced cost private, non-stop direct jet service from Mobile • Same day round trip flights to cities such as Chicago or Washington • Same day round trip or overnight flights to New York • Arrive at the airport just ten minutes prior to take off • Just show photo ID at check in • Complimentary fully stocked bar • Complimentary crackers, peanuts and gum • Complimentary newspapers • Complete a full day’s business and be back home in time for dinner • Reservations and availability of seats through Springdale Travel • All with virtually zero stress SERVICES Charter Services, Inc. (CSI) maintains, operates, and crews a fleet of six jet aircraft to the highest level of Wyvern (audited), ARG/US (audited) and FAA regulations. Our continuing commitment to safety, training, and customer service are unparalleled. We strive to provide our customers with flexible programs to accommodate all types of travel needs. At present we offer four programs: Comprehensive Aircraft Charter, Exclusive Fractional Lease Management Program, Aircraft Management, and our new Mobile Direct Service. AIRCRAFT CHARTER Charter Services is an approved vendor authorized to fly for Netjets, Executive Jet, Citation Shares, Delta Air Elite, Sentient, Flight Options and other jet card companies and charter brokers. We have been flying customers in the Mobile area since 1991 and we enjoy a perfect safety record. Our aircraft and crews are available to fly jet charter 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. FRACTIONAL LEASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM As customers’ travel requirements increase, CSI’s exclusive Fractional Lease Management Program is designed to grow with the customer. With a minimum of fifty hours per year, the Fractional Lease Management Program is an economical way to “own” an aircraft with the convenience of leasing. The Fractional Lease Management Program allows the members access to six jet aircraft in the charter fleet along with significant cost savings and additional benefits. AIRCRAFT MANAGEMENT For those individuals who prefer owning an aircraft, CSI offers our Comprehensive Aircraft Management Services. CSI will provide qualified pilots to fly the customer to the customer’s destinations, trained mechanics to oversee the aircraft, knowledgeable line personnel to care for the customer’s aircraft, and administrative staff to look after all of the details such as scheduling, FAA regulations and paperwork, etc. By allowing CSI to manage the customer’s aircraft, the customer can be assured that the aircraft, pilots, mechanics, line personnel, and administrative staff all work together to provide the highest level of customer service. All of CSI’s pilots and mechanics undergo continuous recurrent training, ground schools, and special subject seminars throughout the year. An additional benefit to Aircraft Management is the ability to add customers’ aircraft to the charter fleet, which may provide a new revenue stream. HANGARS AND OFFICES Charter Services occupies 60,000 square feet of hangars and 8,000 square feet of offices at the Mobile Regional Airport. Flights operate throughout Alaska, Canada, the Continental United States, Mexico, Central and South America, the Bahamas, Cuba and the Caribbean. Local flights operate from both the Mobile Regional Airport and the Mobile Downtown Airport (Brookley). Mobile Direct flights operate from Charter Services’ private facilities on the east ramp of the Mobile Regional Airport. | ||
