The Mobile Airport Authority gets no local tax dollars, so we live on the rent we charge all tenants. Except airlines, all tenants (including the Car Rental Companies) pay rent per square foot for the space they use. Airlines pay a per passenger fee based on the number of enplaned passengers for the month.
