Airport staffs, owns, and operates airlines stations

i. Station staff are airport employees.

ii. Perform all ticketing, baggage and reporting duties.

iii. Airport provides all equipment to ground handle aircraft.

iv. Minimize station start-up costs because the airline pays the same rent as other carriers for space allocated and a per-turn ( one arrival and departure ) fee for personnel.
