The first restaurant was opened by founder Mitch Rotolo in 1996, just a pizza’s throw away from Louisiana State University.
Today, thanks to great food – and great customers – Rotolo’s Pizzeria has “risen” to 26+ locations, with more on the way every day!
How does Rotolo’s keep it fresh? Fresh veggies prepared daily, homemade sauces from authentic ingredients, and our original dough made fresh every day at every location.
Oh, and one last little tidbit. While the founder’s name is Rotolo….the Italian word rotolo literally means “roll.”
